Out Coastal rafts are designed form vessels operating in protected waters or open seas. Coming with the latest industry equipment packs, they provide enough resources to endure the extreme. Buoyant and watertight, our coastal life rafts will provide you with the essentials to survive.
We have three sizes available: 4, 6, 8 person capacities.
Each can be packed together into either a hard fiber glass container or a valise for stowage in the cabin.
Coastal Life Raft is AMSA compliant for use in commercial as well as recreational vessels.
It has a two year certificate issued with the life raft.

The recommended service interval is every 2.5 years.

Servicing Process
The servicing process involves inflating the raft, checking the soundness of the structure, checking the inflation mechanism and checking the emergency equipment pack. Amongst the equipment pack are food rations, water rations, flares, 1st aid kit, seasickness tablets, repair adhesive, batteries, etc. all of which have expiry dates. These items must have sufficient time left before expiry to make it through to the next service interval. Additionally the gas inflation cylinder has to be retested every 5 years.
West Offshore's 2½ service cycle is specifically engineered to maximise the utilisation of the equipment within the life raft and therefore minimise the overall cost of ownership.
